Returns and exchanges

We’re proud of what we make, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here are the three ways you can return or exchange an item from your Tokyo order.

Manufacturing defects

Free within 14 days of receiving your order. If you spot a defect in stitching, fabric, or finishing, you can return or exchange the item completely free.

1. Take clear photos of the defect and send them to us on WhatsApp.
2. We’ll approve your return or exchange request once we confirm the defect.
3. Choose replacement with the same piece or a full refund.
4. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Size does not fit

All items are one size. If the size does not fit, Tokyo covers return and exchange shipping costs.

Hand the piece back to the courier at delivery, or request a return or exchange via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order. Our courier picks it up from your address.

Change of mind

Within 7 days, with shipping paid both ways. You can return the item without giving a reason. You cover the original delivery and return pickup costs.

1. Submit a return request via WhatsApp.
2. Pack the item in its original condition with all tags attached.
3. Our courier picks it up from your address.
4. The refund is processed within 7 business days, minus round-trip shipping fees.
