Returns & Exchanges
We’re proud of what we make, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here are the three ways you can return or exchange an item from your Tokyo order.
Manufacturing defects
If you spot a defect in stitching, fabric, or finishing — that’s on us. Return or exchange the item completely free, within 14 days of receiving your order.
How it works- Take clear photos of the defect and send them to us on WhatsApp.
- We’ll approve your return or exchange request once we confirm the defect.
- You choose: replace with the same piece or get a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Wrong size
The fit didn’t work out? No problem. Your first size exchange is on us — no shipping fees.
How it works- Submit an exchange request with the size you need.
- Our courier brings you the correct size and picks up the wrong one.
- It all happens in one visit — no extra steps, no stress.
Change of mind
Decided the piece isn’t for you, no reason needed? You can return it within 7 days, but you’ll cover the shipping cost both ways — the original delivery and the return pickup.
How it works- Submit a return request via WhatsApp.
- Pack the item in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Our courier picks it up from your address.
- Refund is processed within 7 business days, minus the round-trip shipping fees.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع
إحنا واثقين في جودة كل قطعة بنطلعها، لكن لو فيه أي حاجة مش مظبوطة، هنوصلك لحلها. ده تفصيل التلات طرق اللي تقدري من خلالها تستبدلي أو ترجّعي أي قطعة من طلبك.
عيوب الصناعة
لو لاقيتي أي عيب في الخياطة أو القماش أو التقفيل — ده على مسؤوليتنا. تقدري ترجّعي أو تستبدلي القطعة مجاناً تماماً، خلال 14 يوم من استلام الطلب.
إزاي بيتم- بتصوّري المنتج بصور واضحة وتبعتيها لنا على الواتساب.
- بنوافق على طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد التأكد من العيب.
- تختاري: استبدال بنفس القطعة، أو استرداد الأموال بالكامل.
- استرداد الأموال بيتم خلال 7 أيام عمل.
عدم مطابقة المقاس
المقاس مش مظبوط معاكي؟ مفيش مشكلة. أول استبدال للمقاس بيكون مجاناً علينا — بدون مصاريف شحن.
إزاي بيتم- بتعملي طلب استبدال بالمقاس اللي محتاجاه.
- مندوبنا بيوصلك المقاس الصحيح وياخد القطعة الخطأ.
- بيحصل كله في زيارة واحدة — مفيش خطوات إضافية.
استرجاع بدون إبداء أسباب
قررتي إن القطعة مش ليكي بدون سبب؟ تقدري ترجّعيها خلال 7 أيام، لكن هتدفعي مصاريف الشحن مرتين — مرة عند الاستلام ومرة عند الاسترجاع.

- تغلّفي المنتج بحالته الأصلية مع كل التيكتات.
