From the moment you place your order, here’s exactly what happens — in plain words, no surprises.

Order & Delivery

Once you place and confirm an order on our website, our team takes over to make sure it reaches you the right way. Here’s the full process.

After you place your order, our team will call you within 24 hours to confirm the details.

We’ll keep trying to call you for two more days. We don’t want to miss your order.

If we still can’t reach you after two days, the order is cancelled automatically — no charges, no worries.

Once confirmed, your order is handed to our courier. Expected delivery is 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Open and inspect freely. We trust our quality, so you should too. You have the right to inspect your order before paying.
Manufacturing defects? If there’s any defect in stitching or finishing, return the item with the courier — you pay zero shipping fees.
Changed your mind? Return the item with the courier — you only pay the shipping fee, nothing else.
Shipping costs vary by location. The exact shipping price will be on the invoice we send you by email or WhatsApp before delivery.
Multiple items? If you ordered more than one piece, you can keep only the items or sizes you want, and return the rest with the courier.

افتحي وعايني الطلب براحتك. إحنا واثقين في جودتنا، ومن حقك تعايني الطلب قبل الدفع.
في حالة عيوب صناعة أو تقفيل، يتم استرجاع الطلب مع المندوب بدون أي مصاريف شحن.
في حالة عدم رضاكي عن المنتج، هتدفعي مصاريف الشحن فقط لا غير.
أسعار الشحن متغيرة حسب الموقع. سعر الشحن الفعلي بيتأكد في الفاتورة اللي بنبعتها على الإيميل أو الواتساب.
عند طلب أكتر من قطعة، يمكنك استلام القطعة المرغوبة فقط أو المقاس المناسب، وإرجاع الباقي مع المندوب.
