How your order gets to you

From the moment you place your order, here’s exactly what happens — in plain words, no surprises.

Order and delivery

1. We call within 24 hours: After you place your order, our team will call you within 24 hours to confirm the details.
2. If we don’t reach you: We’ll keep trying to call you for two more days.
3. Auto-cancellation: If we still can’t reach you after two days, the order is cancelled automatically, with no charges.
4. Out for delivery: Once confirmed, your order is handed to our courier. Expected delivery is 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

On delivery

• Open and inspect freely: You have the right to inspect your order before paying.
• Manufacturing defects: If there’s a defect in stitching or finishing, return the item with the courier with no shipping fees.
• Changed your mind: Return the item with the courier and pay only the shipping fee.
• Multiple items: You can keep the items or sizes you want and return the rest with the courier.
